The review is carried out by PODIUM DATA S.A.S. company legally constituted under the regulations of the Colombian government with Tax Identification Number 901330729-4 and Commercial Registration No. 03178693 of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.
Festivals and awards have been chosen based on surveys of professionals in the sector and a review of public information available in specialized media.
The costs associated with the payment are: research sources, administrative costs, plaque production, international shipping logistics.
Payments can be made with all credit cards, the user can choose between two payment platforms: Payu or Paypal.
The Invoice will be sent by email up to 5 days after the payment is verified.
The plaques are sent by DHL and registered with the carrier as a gift without commercial value, with a symbolic value of USD5, however, sometimes the customs of some countries generate import taxes, this cost is assumed by the recipient of the package.
TopFICE sends the press releases to the media and performs the request and follow-up work, the publication of the releases, the date of publication and the way to do it is by choice of the media.
